Methodology
We all have different “parts” inside—some that protect us, some that hold pain, some that carry shame. IFS helps you get to know these parts with compassion, creating space for healing, integration, and self-leadership.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) – Parts Work
This modality helps you unhook from painful thoughts and make choices guided by your values—not fear or avoidance. ACT builds psychological flexibility so you can respond to life with more presence and intention
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
EMDR helps process stuck trauma stored in the nervous system. Through bilateral stimulation, we work with your brain’s natural healing ability to reduce distress from past memories and emotional triggers.
