Break free from your past break free from your trauma

Trauma can be an insidious force, impacting every aspect of one's life, often silently. However, it doesn't have to define your narrative. By embarking on a journey of trauma therapy, you're not just confronting your past; you're reclaiming your present and reshaping your future.

Do you feel haunted by your past?

Most people come to trauma therapy having experienced more than one traumatic event in their lifetime. This is normal, but it is not always the case for someone seeking trauma therapy. Trauma therapy offers a personalized and compassionate approach to navigating the complex terrain of multiple or single traumatic events. Together, we will confront your painful memories, unravel distorted beliefs, and develop practical coping strategies tailored to your unique needs, ultimately reclaiming your sense of safety, empowerment, and resilience.

Music Therapy

Music therapy offers a creative and holistic approach to healing from trauma, addressing the emotional, cognitive, physical, and relational aspects of the trauma experience. We can use various musical activities, such as listening, singing, playing instruments, and songwriting, to engage you in the therapeutic process. A unique method I use is called the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music. More on this can be found here
